Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

• Check the Sizing Chart: To ensure you get the perfect fit, we highly recommend reviewing the detailed sizing chart provided on each product page before finalizing your order.
• Hygiene & Quality Standards: Once clothing leaves our facility and is worn, it is considered used. For health, hygiene, and quality reasons, we absolutely do not resell used items. Therefore, we cannot accept them back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

The only exception to this policy is if we made a mistake! If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong size/style by error, we want to make it right.

• Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving. 
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
